The DS1402D-DR8+ is a 1 wire network cable. The 1 wire network cable provides connectivity to any USB, serial or parallel port 1 wire adapter. This Blue Dot receptor cable can touch any iButton, but can only hold the F5 version iButtons. The applications of this 1 wire network cable range from software protection and access control to asset management and thermal monitoring through handheld computers.
