The MAX8216ESD+ is a microprocessor voltage monitor in in 14 pin NSOIC package. This device contains five voltage comparators, four for monitoring +5V, -5V, +15V and -15V and the fifth for monitoring any desired voltage. The resistors required to monitor these voltages and provide comparator hysteresis are included on-chip. All comparators have open-drain outputs. This device consumes 250µA max supply current over temperature.
- Supply voltage range is 2.85V to 11V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 4 dedicated comparators plus 1 auxiliary comparator
- 5V dedicated comparator has ±1.25% accuracy
- 15V, -15V, -5V dedicated comparators has ±1.5% accuracy
- Overvoltage/undervoltage detection or programmable delay using auxiliary comparator
- Internal 1.24V reference with ±1% initial accuracy
- Built-in hysteresis
