The MAX4453EKA+T from Maxim Integrated Products is a low cost, +3V/+5V, 620µA, 200MHz, single supply dual op-amp with rail to rail outputs in 8 pin SOT-23 package. The MAX4453 is a dual amplifier that combines high speed performance with ultra low power consumption. The device is unity gain stable and achieves a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz. It consumes only 620µA of supply current per amplifier. This amplifier operates from a +2.7V to +5.25V single supply and feature rail to rail outputs. Along with an excellent speed/power ratio of 323MHz/mA, it features a slew rate of 95V/µs and fast 20ns rise and fall times. It is ideal for low power/ low voltage systems that require wide bandwidth such as cell phones, keyless entry systems, battery powered instruments, portable communications and baseband applications.
